Deep tissue massage is based on Swedish massage techniques to eliminate tensions from around the scalp, neck, shoulder, upper and lower back. Every massage is tailored to each client to achieve maximum results for the individual.
Deep pressures and neuromuscular techniques are applied over areas on the back to help release the build up of lactic acid that often causes discomfort and tension on a day-to-day basis. A deep-tissue massage helps blood and oxygen circulates properly around the body and reduces toxins from building up within the muscle. Some lighter and more soothing pressures are also incorporated into the massage to help relax the mind, body and soul.
